4. Resolutely prevent stainless steel or other dirt from falling into the silo to prevent damage to the screw and barrel. In order to prevent iron dirt from entering the barrel, a magnetic component or magnetic frame can be installed at the feeding outlet of the barrel. To prevent impurities from falling in, the raw materials must be screened in advance.
5. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the working environment, and do not allow waste residues to penetrate into the packaging material and block the filter element, which will affect the production volume and quality of the product and increase the friction resistance of the machine head.
6. For the DC motor that drives the screw to rotate, it is necessary to carefully check the carbon brush damage and contact conditions. Whether the ground resistance value of the motor is above the standard value should also be measured frequently. In addition, check whether the electrode cables and other components are corroded, and take protective measures.
7. Specific full-time personnel are responsible for the maintenance of machinery and equipment. And include detailed records of each maintenance and repair status into the processing plant equipment maintenance files.
