1. Before starting the equipment, you must carefully check whether the protective covers and trench covers of the equipment are secure. At the same time, carefully check whether high-speed fasteners such as ladle heads are tightened, and only start the machine when safety is confirmed;
2. When working, staff must wear protective equipment, and their sleeves and clothes must be tied up and not allowed to fly;
3. The fixing screws of the steel tape reel must be intact and easy to use. Do not drive until the screws are tightened and firmly fixed;
4. When using a seam welder to seam weld steel strips, you must wear glasses and do not use copper wire instead of a fuse seam welder;
5. When the machine is running, it is strictly prohibited to lubricate, inspect and clean the equipment, and it is not allowed to clean the work area;
6. When the armoring is completed and the wiring is completed, it is not allowed to saw off part of the cable, leave a part, and then pull the cable off by the tension of the wire to avoid accidents;
7. It is forbidden to place objects randomly in the aisles, and materials used in production must be stacked neatly;
9. After an electrical appliance fails, you should find an electrician for repair in time, and you are not allowed to repair it yourself;
10. When stopping work, the asphalt tank motor should be turned off. When cleaning the machine, the heating power and rotation power should be turned off. When leaving the machine, the rotation power control switch should be turned off;
11. When it is necessary to light a fire to clear the pot, a special person should be assigned to watch the fire to prevent fire;
12. When the thermal instrument of the asphalt tank is out of control, you should immediately find an instrument technician to repair it to prevent the asphalt temperature from being too high and causing a fire;
13. It is strictly prohibited to light things or cook on the asphalt heating electric stove. Smoking is prohibited in the working area of the armoring machine, and flax hair falling on the equipment must be cleaned frequently;
14. Special fire extinguishing equipment should be equipped around the machine, and quality inspections and training on the use of fire extinguishers should be conducted regularly.
